  Nicolo James Rusconi Co-founder & President BLVD Hospitality Commercial Real Estate Developers NicoloRusconi joined Jon Blanchard as co-founder of BLVD Hospitality in 2012. Under Blanchard and Rusconi's leadership, the company has developed some of the country's most innovative and impactful projects such as the award-winning Ace Hotel, the Soho House DTLA, The Hoxton Los Angeles, and L.A.’s first modular construction high-rise for a 315-room citizenM. Currently, Rusconi is overseeing day-to-day operations for BLVD as well as a handful of projects including L.A.’s largest permanent supportive housing project at the Cecil Hotel. He and his partner Blanchard recently acquired the historic Santa Monica hotel, The Georgian, and are in the process of restoring the hotel to its former glory as the Westside’s preeminent hospitality destination. Rusconi stays actively involved in his community as evident by his time on the board of the Los Angeles Conservation Corps and on Santa Monica's Third St. Promenade Reenvisioning Committee. See also
