Carla Bedrosian is senior corporate counsel for SimplePractice, LLC (subsidiary), EngageSmart (parent), and an advocate for women’s and children’s rights in both her community in and around Los Angeles and her mother country of Armenia. She is also an invited member of Chief, an elite and diverse organization focused on empowering and connecting high-powered executive women across the country.

Bedrosian started at SimplePractice in 2021. By offering software options to make the business of private practice easier and more accessible for mental health and wellness practitioners, SimplePractice embodies a mission that aligns well with Bedrosian’s. In her senior role with the company, she is a key part of continually forwarding SimplePractice’s mission to empower healthcare and wellness providers, and in turn empower their clients and communities.

Throughout her career, Bedrosian has strived to connect with and uplift as many people as possible, offering advice and access to her vast network to colleagues and other community members alike and serving as a mentor to many of her female colleagues. A fierce proponent of expanding resources as widely as possible, she has experience creating opportunity and security for vulnerable populations, including through her work with the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation, which opened the first domestic violence center on the outskirts of the capital city of Yerevan in Armenia. She was a board member at the Foundation for over 10 years.

Bedrosian is well-known in the legal field as a creative and outside-the-box critical thinker, often being tasked with the most complicated legal and business matters. Thanks to her training as both an artist and a lawyer, she possesses both extensive legal and business expertise, and significant creative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Many of her career and legal accomplishments are due to her meticulous eye for detail, unrelenting passion for her clients and causes, and ability to persuade opponents to agree to solutions by getting at the heart of the underlying motivation of all parties.

Jacqueline Arnold Collins

Jacqueline Collins has 20 years of executive management in legal, intellectual property and compliance, with experience leading global high-performing teams in both private equity and public companies. Her leadership, expertise, passion and strategic forward-thinking have allowed her to establish strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor contributing to the growth and development of the company.

Collins began her in-house career at Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Telecommunications as legal counsel, primarily working on contract negotiations and IP issues involving large scale telecommunications installations globally. She then joined NobelBiocare as General Counsel for North America, later adding Global Head of Intellectual Property to her responsibilities. NobelBiocare was acquired by Danaher, Inc., where Collins worked on a team of attorneys supporting the dental platform companies. She then joined Sonendo, Inc. as VP, General Counsel, in her current role as a strategic business partner to executive management and the board.


Cameron Hoyler

Cameron Hoyler is the general counsel, corporate secretary, and executive vice president of PolarityTE, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company developing regenerative medicine products to address significant unmet medical needs in wound care.

Hoyler 's work at PolarityTE is highly collaborative and cross-functional. His areas of accountability include litigation, government investigations, insurance and risk management, employment matters, protection of intellectual property, and product liability. He works closely with the company's regulatory affairs and quality departments, including preparation and review of FDA regulatory submissions, and attendance at meetings with FDA and foreign regulatory bodies. He serves as PolarityTE's primary legal advisor and manages all legal affairs of the company. As corporate secretary, Hoyler prepares board materials, trains officers and directors on corporate governance, records minutes of meetings, acts as the liaison between the board and senior management, serves as trusted advisor to the directors, and coordinates relationships with the board’s consultants.


Angie Kang Park

Deputy Chief Counsel

Angie Kang Park is the deputy chief counsel of Hulu, where she oversees legal matters for all areas across the company, including content, content acquisition, Hulu + Live TV, product and marketing. Since starting at Hulu about a decade ago, she has led numerous high-profile deals and initiatives that have grown Hulu’s content library to include some of the most in-demand, premium content in the market.

Over the past two years, Park has played an instrumental role in Hulu’s efforts to bring unique content, pricing and promotional offerings to the streaming service. She oversaw the launch of the NFL Network, including NFL Redzone on Hulu + Live TV, further cementing Hulu as a premiere destination for sports fans. Park also led deals for on-demand content like “Nomadland” and “The United States vs. Billie Holiday”. She is also responsible for managing the legal affairs of Hulu’s premium add-ons.
