Sabrina C. Narain is an ambitious Hispanic & Asian Indian attorney breaking barriers in Los Angeles’ auto manufacturing litigation space. She became the first female partner in March 2020 after only three years at the diverse boutique legal firm Sanders Roberts, LLP, where she primarily focuses on defending corporations in consumer protection matters, including breach of contract, fraud claims, and product liability. She represents large domestic and foreign manufacturers like Ford Motor Company and American Honda Motor Company, Inc., and her experience in the auto industry has led to the creation of new and technically advanced litigation strategies to successfully defend the severity of consumer warranty cases in California, specifically those cases alleging fraud and misrepresentation.

Narain leads Sanders Roberts LLP’s automotive practice group. Her practice areas include warranty defense, product liability, and business litigation. She focuses on all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, law and motion, depositions, trials, and client counseling.
