With over two decades of complex litigation experience, Kevin Rising offers clients deep experience in multiple industries that range from entertainment, healthcare and manufacturing to financial services, technology and telecommunications, retail, and chemical compounds. No matter the client or industry, Rising focuses on understanding each client’s business and financial objectives, acting as their ambassador in the courtroom, and attaching his credibility to those he represents.

Rising’s work ranges from providing resolution of contractual disputes and business torts, to representing clients in partnership and fiduciary litigation, defending clients in consumer class actions, product liability and toxic torts, and handling all aspects of multidistrict litigation. He has an active trial practice and has served as trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous high-stakes jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. Rising recently defended a client in a significant jury trial and successfully defended another client in a bet-the-company arbitration, both “virtually” via Zoom.
