Weinberg Gonser LLP Labor & Employment Jordan Matthews served as lead counsel in landmark litigation against Steve Wynn, representing the primary witness for the Wall Street Journal’s expose, “Dozens of People Recount Pattern of Sexual Misconduct by Las Vegas Mogul Steve Wynn.” Matthews’ actions led to Wynn’s resignation from Wynn Resorts and the Republican Finance Committee. Additionally, $55 million in total fines were levied against Wynn Resorts, and a $10 million fine was levied against Wynn in July 2023, removing him from the gaming industry. Matthews represents the late-Nichelle Nichols’ son, Kyle Johnson, in long-running litigation against Nichols’ former manager, Gilbert Bell; and is lead counsel against record producer Teddy Riley’s daughter and fitness celebrity, Deja Riley.
