Dinneen spent 12 years with After-School All-Stars, expanding the program from four to over 60 schools. Seeking both financial growth and purpose, he transitioned to Northwestern Mutual, where he helps nonprofit professionals, business owners and tech professionals access financial planning. He mentors new advisors and leads a team of seven. Dinneen also serves on the board of TEACH Public Schools and remains active with After-School All-Stars, having previously served as a chair of their young professionals board for two years.
