Rose B. Sorensen is a partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. who specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, corporate finance, private placements and corporate governance across industries including technology, manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare and construction. Her experience as general counsel for a telecommunications company shaped her pragmatic approach to advising businesses, from startups to multinational corporations. Sorensen is recognized for advancing women in M&A and fostering professional networks. She cofounded the TAP Network for CFOs and the DTLA Women’s Networking Group and leads the Snell & Wilmer Virtual Networking Community.
