Himanshu Palsule has served as CEO of Cornerstone since January 2022, bringing over 35 years of global leadership experience. Known for his strategic vision and people-centered approach, he has driven innovation and customer success while positioning Cornerstone as a leader in AI-powered workforce agility. Palsule’s leadership focuses on linking human potential with business goals, resulting in advanced solutions that foster adaptability and growth. Previously, he held leadership roles at Epicor, Sage Software and other tech firms. At Cornerstone, he built a strong executive team, including a chief customer officer and a 25-member senior leadership team, to scale collaboration and impact. Palsule’s leadership also extends to community engagement, including support for the Sloane Stephens Foundation and organizing blood stem cell drives. A University of St. Thomas and Manipal Institute of Technology graduate, he serves on the board of ChannelAdvisor. Under his leadership, Cornerstone supports 7,000+ organizations and 140 million users in 186 countries.
