Jane Hinton is a partner in Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Los Angeles office, where she leads the firm’s California real estate team. She maintains a nationwide practice, representing investors, financial institutions and funds in highly structured debt and equity transactions. Appointed as the firm’s Los Angeles hiring partner in 2024, Hinton actively mentors junior lawyers and participates in oncampus recruiting. Her community service includes pro bono work for the Vietnam Dustoff Association, assisting in lobbying Congress to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the organization’s decorated veterans.
