Best Neighborhood Dining
For more than 50 years, Magic Lamp Inn in Rancho Cucamonga has been delivering high-caliber food and service to a discerning clientele as one of Southern California’s first steakhouses. While still maintaining that excellence, Magic Lamp Inn is making two changes to better serve its loyal customers and extend service to new customers.
Since March 3, Magic Lamp is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday for a champagne brunch; the restaurant will also now be open on Mondays, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
“We’re very excited to provide the best possible service to the community,” said Sunil Sethi president of Magic Lamp Inn.
The champagne brunch will feature a wide variety of excellent food, offering customers the type of breakfast they would find at a luxury hotel, complete with champagne. The all-inclusive buffet is priced at $21.95 per diner.
While extending its service with its new champagne brunch, Magic Lamp Inn is offering a similar benefit to the community with its new Monday hours.
Now, open for lunch and dinner on Mondays, Magic Lamp Inn is serving the community better than ever by making its services available every day of the week.
“The place has a great history,” Sethi said. “We have a clientele which comes there regularly, and we want to cater to them better than ever.”
Sethi is part of Magic Lamp Inn’s new ownership team, along with co-owners Sartaj Singh and Bobby Bedi. The group took ownership of Magic Lamp Inn on Nov. 1, 2012 and has been finetuning the already well-regarded steakhouse ever since.
With more than 15 years of experience as a chef and restaurant owner in the area, Singh brings an excellent reputation to Magic Lamp Inn’s kitchen. Singh has built a stellar name in the Foothills as owner of Antonio’s Italian Restaurant and Bar in Rancho Cucamonga, Haandi Indian Cuisine in Rancho Cucamonga, and Aria Restaurant and Lounge in Upland.
While Singh adds expertise to the food offerings at Magic Lamp Inn, Bedi is an expert in front-ofthe-house operations. Those who dine at Magic Lamp Inn are sure to see Bedi moving among the customers, making sure all their needs are being taken care of.
In addition to all the culinary staples one expects to find at an elite steakhouse, diners at Magic Lamp Inn can take advantage of Magic Lamp Inn’s extensive wine cellar, which has a wide variety of reds, whites and anything else a customer could want.
