Chino Valley Medical Center was recently recognized by Health Net of California, Inc. as an Honor Roll Hospital for its achievement in health care quality and patient safety.

Hospitals considered for the recognition had to have positive results in several areas, including patient experience, surgical care, Emergency Department and 30-day readmissions.

“Our goal at Chino Valley Medical Center is to provide the highest quality care, be one of the best places to receive care, to work and to provide medical care,” says John Blenkinsopp, the hospital’s chief nursing officer administrator. “To be recognized by one of our insurance providers for quality excellence truly inspires us to continue to strive for excellence.”

In recognition of Chino Valley Medical Center’s achievement, it will be identified with a star and preferred listing on Health Net’s Hospital Advisor Tool, which is where Health Net providers and members look to find more information when seeking care as well as receive an area analysis of area hospitals to support making informed decisions.
