Ontario American Legion Post 112 will host a car show Sunday, Sept. 11 at 310 West Emporia St., Ontario, to honor American courage and sacrifices on the day of the terror attacks on the United States.

Scheduled to attend are Ontario Fire Chief Rob Elwell, Police Chief Brad Kaylor and other officials, as well as members of the USO, for the 10:30 a.m. ceremony.

The event will begin with an 8 a.m. breakfast, followed by the tribute at 10:30 am. A BBQ lunch will follow between noon and 2 p.m. Live music will be provided by SoCal favorite band, “D’Santi.”

Pre-Registration fee per car is $25 prior to Sept. 4, $30 thereafter.

Post 112 Commander Mike Phillips, along with Post 112 Officer Dick DuPlain invite the community to come down to the post for this very special event.

Members of Sons of The American Legion Squadron 112, as well as Unit 112 Women’s Auxiliary members will also be on hand to welcome the public. All proceeds go towards the Legion’s Veterans programs.
