Automobile Driving Museum, 610 Lairport St., El Segundo. The museum boasts a rotating collection of 130 classic, antique and vintage automobiles. Guests are also given the opportunity on Sundays to ride in one of the museum’s historic collector vehicles. California Route 66 Museum, 16825 S. D St., Victorville. Historic and contemporary exhibits explore the Mother Road and its impact on architecture, the arts, community development and commerce. Justice Brothers Racing Museum, 2734 E. Huntington Drive, Duarte. The museum is a tribute to racing brothers Ed, Gus and Zeke Justice and the world of American racing. Housed next to Justice Brothers, Inc., the museum features more than 200 cars and racing memorabilia.

Marconi Automotive Museum, 1302 Industrial Drive, Tustin. The museum features a vast collection of historical, exotic and classic cars, as well as high-performance street cars and race cars. Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Information: (714) 258-3001 and marconimuseum.org.
The Mullin Automotive Museum, 1421 Emerson Ave., Oxnard. Art Deco museum featuring French coach-built automobiles. Currently featuring carriages and brass era cars built by famous French coachbuilders. Museum is typically open second and fourth Saturdays of the month, in addition to semiprivate tours at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays. Other weekdays available by request. NHRA Motorsports Museum, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona. Presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California, the museum’s mission is to celebrate the impact of motorsports on the Southern California culture. Vintage and historical racing vehicles are on display, as well as photographs, trophies and other memorabilia. The Nethercutt Museum and Collection, 15151 and 15200 Bledsoe St., Sylmar. More than 130 antique, vintage and classic cars are displayed, including classic cars dating back to the early 1900s. Admission is free. Self-guided tours of the Nethercutt Museum are available from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. With constantly rotating exhibit spaces, the museum’s mission is to explore and present the history of the automobile and its impact on American life and culture, using Los Angeles as a prime example.
