Cathie Hawkins is a highly respected Glendora volunteer with a long history of service to the community, including volunteering in the Children’s Room at the Glendora Public Library for the past 26 years.

At Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, Cathie has been a volunteer for more than 25 years, serving as a board member, membership chair, telephone committee chairperson, on the scholarship committee and has worked a weekly four hour shift at the reception desk.

Cathie just received her 6,000 hours of volunteering pin.

For over five years Cathie has volunteered and been a member of the Glendora Historical Society. She volunteers each month as a docent at the museum and was also responsible for winding the clock tower each day at Rubel Castle.

Cathie is also a board member of the Glendora Welfare Association, which serves those in need in the Glendora community. She has been an active member at Foothill Vineyard Church serving in the food ministry, and has coordinated the Samaritan’s Purse shoebox ministry.
