At THINK Together, we believe in excellence and equity in education for all kids. That’s why we’ve partneredwith12schooldistrictsinLosAngeles County to provide afterschool expanded learning programs at 96 school sites. THINK Together’s programs focus on under-resourced students who struggle to perform at the same academic level as their more privileged peers.

Since its founding 20 years ago, THINK Together hasbeenonajourneytobuildadeepersystemof support for these students. Tommy Brewer, THINK Together’s general manager in North LA, said, “We take a multi-layered approach to our partnership withschoolsthatallowsustoadapttotheneedsof thedistrictsandthestudentstheyserve.”

Lillian Maldonado French, superintendent of Mountain View School District, praised THINK Togetherasatremendouspartnerinthedistrict’s goal to increase learning opportunities. “Thanks toourpartnership,wehaveincreasedthenumber of students we can serve with meaningful, academically enriching, and fun extended learning that positively impacts their academic achievement,” she said.
