The Foundation at Adventist Health Glendale has long been a catalyst for many forms of giving, serving the medical center and greater Glendale area for more than 35 years.

Through the generosity of individuals, families and organizations, the Foundation contributes millions of dollars annually to support patient services throughout the hospital, as well as local and global communities. Gifts large and small together enable the Foundation to provide state-of-the-art technology and equipment, so that patients receive the most advanced, highest quality medical care.

Globally, the Foundation supports the hospital’s medical missions to the Philippines, Africa, Mexico and Armenia. And there’s more on its giving agenda: •Free wigs, hand-knitted caps, exercise classes and counseling services for cancer patients;

• Summer camperships for children with disabilities;

• Partnerships with the city and schools to reduce childhood obesity;

• Glendale’s “We Own the Health of Our Community” initiative to improve people’s overall health throughout the city.
