Yoga. In Vegas. It’s hard to believe, but the city that’s known for its all-you-can-eat buffets and yard-long margaritas is also home to some of the most unforgettable yoga experiences around. Several resorts offer unique yoga classes, like the latest onlyin-Vegas experience, Yoga Among the Dolphins. Held
Friday through Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in a serene underwater viewing area
within Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the
Mirage, the 60-minute class lets participants view the resort’s family
of bottlenose dolphins through multiple windows while flowing from pose
to pose. If you prefer to practice your downward-facing dog surrounded by spectacular city views, the yoga and Pilates studio at Mandarin Oriental doesn’t
disappoint. Located on the eighth floor of the tranquil nongaming
hotel, the studio features striking views of CityCenter through
floor-to-ceiling windows. Qua Baths & Spa’s Dance Yoga, held
inside Caesars Palace, is an innovative experience that works to
elevate heart rate while focusing on body alignment and breathing
technique. Available Tuesdays at 6 p.m., the $15 class incorporates
classic yoga poses with choreography inspired by a traditional form of
dance in South India. See also
