Absinthe
Leave your polite sensibilities at the door for “Absinthe,” a night of burlesque, acrobatics and rude, raunchy humor. The fun unfolds in front of Caesars Palace, where hand balancers, highwire acts and an unbelievably daring roller-skating duo perform on a circular stage that is only 9 feet in diameter (and within close proximity to the audience). It’s good fun that goes down easier with a pre-show absinthe inside the tent’s speakeasy.

Peepshow
Mother Goose gets down and dirty in the hit topless burlesque revue at Planet Hollywood. “Peepshow” follows the adventures of Bo Peep on her journey to find love through an enchanted adult playground of fantasy and imagination (with a set list that includes Aerosmith, Kylie Minogue and Madonna). Yes, there will be flesh. “They’re going to take it off, but it’s not about how much you take off, it’s about how you take it off. That’s what I think is sexy,” said Jerry Mitchell, the show’s creator. The show currently stars Nicole “Coco” Austin of the E! reality TV show “Ice Loves Coco.”

Jersey Boys
The hit musical about the quartet that sold 175 million records — all before the age of 30 — celebrates five years on the Strip this spring. The Four Seasons was an unstoppable hit machine during the 1960s and ’70s, with chart toppers like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Let’s Hang On,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You” and “December 1963 (Oh, What a Night).” But far from a frothy musical, “Jersey Boys” is an unsparing look at how four guys from the wrong side of the tracks rose to the heights of pop stardom only to watch the dream disintegrate.
