db Brasserie
After a four-year absence since the celebrated chef shuttered his eponymous Brasserie at the Wynn, D.B. is back with his brandspanking-new French eatery. The décor is funkily Art Nouveaubrasserie-throwback, with an exterior clad in travertine limestone panels and, inside, an expansive faux-skylight reminiscent of those in classic Beaux-Arts train stations. Try signature dishes such as pissaladiere and poulet croustillant.

Bobby’s Burger Palace
Bobby
Flay may have 17 other Burger Palaces, but only this one has a special
Vegas-style twist — a margarita to-go bar, home of Bobby’s signature
frozen cactus pear and frozen mesa margaritas. It’s also the first to
feature a revamped menu of signature burgers, including the exclusive
Vegas Burger, made with white American cheese, Fresno red chilies and
barbecue potato chips.

Yusho
Making
his Vegas debut with a bang, Chicago chef extraordinaire Matthias
Merges brings us Yusho, a wildly imaginative grill and noodle house that
serves up Japanese street food with a kick. Think fresh seafood,
poultry, meats and vegetables cooked to order over a chattering fire,
accompanied by house-made pickled vegetables, noodles and steamed buns.
Try Merges’ famous ramen (crispy pork shoulder croquette, poached egg,
nori and cucumber) and yakitori-like octopus charred over an open flame.
