TOP CHEFS UNITE AT THE VENETIAN TO OFFER GRAND FOOD & BEVERAGE WEEKEND
Las Vegas is home to some of the planet’s greatest chefs, and in this land of grandeur, top names in the culinary world will come together to offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience celebrating the elements – earth, air, water and fire.
Appropriately, the experience is called Ultimo.
In its third year, the Dec. 17 through 20 event at The Venetian aims to be the country’s grandest food and beverage weekend.
With a lineup of culinary masters that includes names such as Thomas Keller, Jérôme Bocuse, Daniel Boulud, Traci des Jardins, and Richard Rosendale, Ultimo offers a rare fine-dining journey that’s nothing short of spectacular.
The weekend is divided into four unique, themed meals.
Even by Ultimo standards, the weekend promises to offer a grand dining experience.
Earth
The event opens with an Earth-themed dinner, highlighting ingredients such as wild game and Urbani truffles.
Air
The following day brings the main event, The Venetian’s Grand Banquet, where diners feast in the spirit of the sky. Guests will sit at a single table made of glass designed to give a “floating in the clouds” atmosphere.
Water
This meal takes the form of a “floating luncheon.” It’s an exclusive seafood and Mediterranean extravaganza with tables that drift on the Grand Canal.
Fire Ultimo ends with a flash as meat and fish are cooked over open flame on Las Vegas Boulevard before dinner guests move indoors to the private Paiza Club..
