Vegas may have versions of the Eiffel Tower, the pyramids and the New York skyline, but just a short trek from the strip, a different sort of attraction offers a one-of-a-kind view of a natural wonder.

It’s called Skywalk. Just two hours outside Sin City, the world-famous glass bridge stretches and bends above the Grand Canyon’s west rim, offering a breathtaking view of the natural wonder from 4,000 feet.

Nature-lovers and bucketlisters alike can take in the same sight that eagles see — layers of striped, glacier-carved rock with the Colorado River snaking below.

Make a day of the Skywalk experience with a helicopter ride to the canyon floor, followed by a pontoon ride. Up above, there are horses to ride, Native American tribal land to explore, even rustic cabins to rest in for the night.

Spend as much time as you like taking in the view. Stay for lunch, stay for the night, or be back in Vegas by dinner. The Skywalk experience is up in the air.
