Bartender Andrew Yang comes to Tuscany Suites & Casino from one of Asia’s most celebrated cocktail bars, Ounce. Yang is exceptional in Asian-style bar service, which takes a creative approach to bartending. He was trained in Taiwan, and his movements are artfully choreographed, from stirring to straining, in order to appear effortless and elegant.
 THE DYNASTY BY ANDREW YANG 2 oz. Kavalan King Car Conductor (Taiwanese single malt whiskey) 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton (ginger liqueur) 1/2 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) 3 dashes Angostura bitters Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and then add ice. Stir. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass with a large ice sphere. Garnish with a lemon twist.
