SUMMERTIME REFRESHER

This refreshing tequila cocktail is the perfect complement to Border Grill’s quintessential summer dish: the Baja Ceviche.

Ingredients:

- 1 1 /2 oz. Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila

- 1 /2 oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth

- 1 /2 oz. Green Chartreuse

- 3 /4 oz. fresh lime juice

- 3 /4 oz. simple syrup

- 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice

- 3 mint leaves

- 3 cilantro leaves

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously to build froth from pineapple juice and pulverize herbs. Strain over ice.
