VEGAS’ MOST ZEN RETAILER OPENS NEW “OM” OUTLET Need to get centered? Karma and Luck, the city’s venerable spiritual lifestyles brand, has opened its doors at Fashion Show Las Vegas. Conceived to introduce Vegas to the customs of Eastern thought, KAL’s founder hopes visitors who come to the new location will connect to their inner “om.” “We built the store to resemble an ancient temple with retail divided by cultures and collections,” CEO Vladi Bergman said “A central focal point is our colossal Buddha statue, hand-crafted in stone from Bali.”
But this isn’tatemple. The draw is the extensive collection of jewelry, home decor and spiritual items displayed wall to ceiling. Among the eclectic finds: Turkish chandeliers, bracelets and meditative singing bowls. Although varying in price points, Bergman notes that the store’s overarching purpose is the same. “We hope to spread an important message of unity and peace, by manifesting gratitude and sharing it with locals as well as visitors,” he said.
