Linda Scarberry
Prudential California Realty recently announced that broker associate Linda Scarberry will be the new manager of the company’s Ladera Ranch and Rancho Santa Margarita offices. A 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, Scarberry is known for her hands-on management style, business sense and focus on supporting the ongoing development of her agents.
Originally recruited by Prudential to open the Ladera Ranch and Rancho Santa Margarita offices, Scarberry spent the last few years in a leadership position with a different local brokerage. Now back at the helm of her former offices, she is excited to once again have her name associated with an industry leader.

A former executive vice president of sales and marketing for a new home builder, as well as a top producing agent, Scarberry offers valuable insights and practical information about multiple aspects of real estate. By drawing from her
expansive base of knowledge and experience, she has built an outstanding reputation as a mentor and business coach.
“I truly enjoy helping agents customize a business plan to fit their goals,” she said. “In the end, it’s pretty simple – take care of the client and the rest will fall into place. My role as a manager is to provide agents with the resources and support they need to effectively serve their clients.”
Scarberry has lived in the Orange County area for the past 30 years and is the mother of two sons, 16-year old Justin and 22-year old Michael. She enjoys riding horses and donating her time to a variety of animal rescue charities, especially the Modjeska Ranch Rescue organization, for which she has held several fundraisers at her own home.
