A licensed agent since 1988, Hile began her career in real estate 35 years ago as a weekend secretary for a different Laguna Beach area brokerage, where she ended up working as an assistant for Vermilya. She joined Prudential to pass on to her clients the benefits of the company’s sweeping marketing platforms and advanced technology; she was also motivated by a desire to reconnect with many of her old friends, many of whom worked for her previous brokerage.

California State University in Fullerton, Saddleback College and the University of Southern California, she provides her clients with valuable guidance and powerful resources.
To advance her knowledge, Hile completed the federal government’s Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) training program, as well as a comprehensive series of training classes in negotiating and public speaking. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, trained to provide a variety of services pertaining to real estate, including relocation counseling, escrow and title coordination, current real estate market analyses, area tours, rental assistance, temporary housing arrangements and mortgage broker selection.
“Working in real estate is very fulfilling for me,” Hile said. “I love the satisfaction of supplying people with one of life’s basic needs.”
Hile was raised in Laguna Beach and has lived in Laguna Niguel since 1997. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for local charities when she isn’t busy working.
