Bruce Clark

A multi-faceted professional who’s seasoned in the field of finance, Bruce Clark brings to Surterre Properties, and to his clients, more than a decade of experience as a stockbroker and investment banker. This unique background gives him a valuable perspective on the real estate transaction as a whole and affords both buyers and sellers a heightened level of confidence when it comes to the strategic pursuit of their goals.

Knowledgeable, hardworking and creative, he also offers a great deal of local expertise; having hailed from Indiana, he’s called Irvine home for the past 12 years. Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, Clark spent six years in the United States Marine Corps, and worked as a partner at an investment

banking firm. He also managed the East Coast operations of an information technology company – a tenure that further shaped his talents with regard to the business aspect of real estate, including negotiating the most advantageous deals for clients.

He and his wife also sponsor two children in Malawi, Africa via World Vision.
