Troya Montgomery has been in the business of finding clients their perfect home for more than 20 years. She has served as vice president of property management for Irvine Company Apartment Communities, where she had supervisory responsibility for 14,500 stabilized and lease-up apartment homes in Orange and San Diego Counties–a portfolio valued at roughly $4 billion and generating annual revenues in excess of $250 million.

Troya earned her bachelor of arts in both English and Psychology from Connecticut College in 1985, and first attained her Department of Real Estate Sales License in 1994.
