The O’Dell Group of Seven Gables Real Estate retains status as the No. 1 team overall for 16 consecutive years

It was another stellar year for The O’Dell Group of Seven Gables Real Estate whose annual achievements were celebrated at several of the company’s recent recognition events. With nearly $34,000,000 in dollar volume sold and 47 properties closed in 2010, The O’Dell Group exceeded all other sales teams currently associated with the company for the 16th consecutive year.

Starting in late February at a company-wide luncheon held at The Turnip Rose in Costa Mesa, the O’Dells were among 18 recipients of Seven Gables Core Value awards. Voted by their peers as the individual or team that best demonstrates Core Value # 5, which is “At every opportunity, create excellence,” the O’Dells were lauded as innovators who “strive to exceed expectations through excellence” with both client and company representation.

Then at an exclusive by invitation only

event held several weeks later, the O’Dells joined the company’s Top 10 Individuals & Top 7 Teams at an intimate dinner held at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Costa Mesa. Amid the evening’s festivities was the announcement of their 2010 Top Team Overall status.

An industry force to contend with particularly in the luxury estate market for which they are well known and have been consistently dominant over the past 32 years. The O’Dell Group was established by Sarah and Dean O’Dell in 1994, who share 53 years of combined sales experience.
