Prior to joining McMonigle Group Inc., Demetria was director of sales and design for Studio Snaidero Laguna, where she was responsible for client development and management of The Plaza Irvine Towers I and II, along with 3000 The Plaza. A former L.A. model, she enjoys a well-rounded career in both project and operational management, making strong client relations and marketing rapport a priority. In her free time, she is a dedicated volunteer for the Girls and Boys Club of Orange County, and her passion for flying is leading her to pursue her pilot’s license.
