Catalano’s outstanding sales performance last year ranked her in the top 13 percent of more than 64,000 Prudential agents nationwide.

To ensure her clients receive the information and resources they need to make educated decisions, she recently completed an advanced curriculum of coursework to earn the Green Property Advisor designation and the Short Sale Specialist designation.

By personally managing the multiple aspects of each transaction and by working tirelessly to make herself available, Catalano has become a trusted advisor to an expansive base of clientele. She provides personalized and thorough assistance for clients throughout Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties and as far as Alameda County in Northern California.

Catalano’s experiences battling thyroid cancer 13 years ago have been a constant source of inspiration for her; since that period in her life she has donated a considerable amount of time and funds to help other people. She has been a team captain for the American Cancer Society’s 24-hour Relay for Life for 10 consecutive years. This year’s relay will begin at Newport Harbor High School on Saturday, May 21, at 10 a.m., and end on Sunday, May 22 at 10 a.m.
