Leadership change signals exciting new direction for Prudential’s Laguna Niguel office

Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce that Broker Associate Donald Pfaff has joined the company’s management team. Pfaff will draw from his more than 30 years of industry experience to oversee Prudential’s group of professionals in the Laguna Niguel office.

With a background in real estate that encompasses both the sales and management arenas, Pfaff offers detailed insights and valuable guidance for agents looking to succeed in residential purchases and sales. During the time he spent in management, he excelled as a result of his ability to connect with people, professional demeanor and focus on working closely with his agents.

Over the course of his career in residential purchases and sales, Pfaff achieved numerous milestones and professional distinctions. A Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designated agent, he constantly worked to advance his knowledge of real estate, by analyzing national trends in the economy and the building industry, and by continuously researching the inventory of available properties in his area.
