Howarth is now a part of Surterre Properties®
In addition to being a sixth generation California native who grew up locally, Camille Howarth boasts a passion for real estate that can’t be taught. Having grown up in the industry, she landed her first “job” in her elementary school days, when she modeled for the brochure and print ads promoting her father’s employer, builder George Holstein. Since then, she’s held positions with esteemed organizations such as The Fieldstone Company and First Republic Bank. Experienced in many facets of the business, including marketing, lending practices, finance, interior design and customer service, Howarth is perfectly suited to sell residential real estate – a natural negotiator with a warm and outgoing personality, she prides herself on an ability to think outside the box. This valuable ability lends itself to smooth and successful transactions, which is why she is already emerging as a trustworthy name in Orange County real estate.
“I’m a natural sales person, always
seeking the best possible outcome for my clients,” Howarth remarked. “What’s more, I understand the coastal client demographic, and the level of customer service they demand.”
Howarth’s personal commitment to outstanding customer service is what prompted her to form a partnership with Surterre Properties®. The ideal setting for her growth and development as an accommodating agent, Surterre offers a variety of amenities not available at any other brokerage. From an in-house marketing team to a unique company culture rooted in teamwork, the luxury boutique brokerage gives her the support she needs to focus her efforts on what’s most important, and that’s navigating her clients through a set of decisions that will result in the realization of their most important life objectives.
“Surterre’s high standards, as well as its reputation for integrity and high regard within the industry are perfectly aligned with my understanding of how the customer should be treated,” she said. “And I believe that, in all areas of customer service, the highest expectations should be strived for and attained.”
Howarth, who currently resides in Newport Beach’s One Ford Road community with her husband and two teenagers, is involved in several local and charitable organizations, which include The Pacific Club, The Center Club, Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts, Sound of Music Guild, Women of Vision, Orange County, and The Wooden Floor. She’s a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, and in addition to a California Real Estate License, she holds a California Teaching Credential.
