Prudential California Realty recently announced the recipients of the Orange County Star award for the month of May 2011. The award, which is the brainchild of Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, was created to recognize agents and employees that embody the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.
Office managers across Prudential’s extensive network in Orange County select a different winner for the Star award every month. In the Irvine office, Doris Lipscomb, Gretchen Cassady, Cyndy Foersel and Rebecca Myers were recognized for being with the branch since 1997; all were quoted as saying that, “It continues to be a great ride.”
Realtor Lou Jenkins of the Mission Viejo office was chosen as the recipient of the Star award for his professionalism and tireless contributions to the office, which include leading by example and delivering 10 minute tips at the weekly staff meeting about how to provide exceptional client service. For Ladera Ranch, June Radke was once again nominated by her peers for her spirit of teamwork and for consistently going out of her way to help everyone in the office.
“The real estate industry is literally full of people who are dedicated to both their clients and their
fellow agents,” Brotherton said. “Our agents’ collective focus on the experience our clients have with their transaction is a source of pride for me. By donating their time to facilitate the development of their peers, our team of real estate professionals ensures that our clients achieve their goals. The Orange County Star award provides a way for us to showcase the achievements and professionalism of our best and brightest.”
Prudential employee Sheri Sanchez of the Rancho Santa Margarita office was recognized for the winning attitude that she displays when helping clients at the front desk, in addition to the effort that she applies to provide marketing support to all the agents. In Laguna Beach, Bill Wedmore was honored for his positive outlook and patience in helping both new agents and experienced professionals find answers for their clients.
