Prudential sales associate a featured speaker at REO Expo

Staci Treloggen Saunders, of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Design Center office, was recently a featured panelist at the REO Expo 2011 in Dallas, Texas. As a speaker describing the benefits of selling REO homes at auction, Treloggen Saunders shared the knowledge and insights that have allowed her to successfully represent a number of major financial institutions, including Freddie Mac, Premiere Asset Services, Nations REO, Keystone, One West Bank, and more.
Nearly 2,000 people attended the REO Expo 2011, which was created to offer real estate professionals a chance to enhance the level of service they offer their clients, build their business and learn from industry experts. With numerous special programs designed to help specialists in the distressed properties market succeed, and a keynote address from Magic Johnson, the event provided an informative and unique atmosphere.
“The sale of bank-owned properties requires an aggressive and creative approach to marketing,” said Treloggen Saunders, who was recently published in DS News magazine, in an article titled “Luxury REO: No Longer a Contradiction of Terms.”
Treloggen Saunders began working in real estate while she was in college earning her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and economics. A 24-year industry veteran, she has extensive experience managing the multiple aspects of the foreclosure process, from handling occupancy checks, cash for keys and evictions, to marketing, repairs and property maintenance.
Born in Burbank, Treloggen Saunders enjoys sharing her complex understanding of local home values, neighborhood amenities and service providers with her clients. She has consistently been honored with sales awards over the course of her career, a fact she credits to her service-oriented business philosophy, as well as her ongoing focus on researching economic trends and real estate market conditions.
