Broker associate joins Prudential Newport

Scott MacDonald, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Newport Beach office, is pleased to announce that Arvin Taali has joined his team of real estate professionals. “Arvin is well-traveled and highly educated,” MacDonald said. “His determination to succeed and passion for real estate will ensure a superior standard of representation for his clients.”

Originally from Irvine, Taali earned a bachelor’s degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a master’s from Pepperdine University. He entered the real estate business to combine his financial knowledge and interpersonal skills with his affinity for working with people.

Guided by the teachings of his family, which has been heavily involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years, Taali developed a keen eye for recognizing properties with renovation potential and an appreciation for architecture. He also credits his family for helping him learn how to quickly assess the value of specific homes, and for helping him gain a deeper understanding of the local housing market’s relationship to the national economy.

“My interest in real estate has been growing for years and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve my clients,” Taali said. “I love the atmosphere and the people I work with here at Prudential, and I strongly identify with the company’s mission to deliver favorable results and seamless transactions.”

Over the course of the more than 12 years he spent in retail sales as a general manager and buyer, he excelled as a result of his negotiating proficiency and belief in the value of client satisfaction. “Creating positive word of mouth within a community is the most effective marketing strategy in existence,” he added.

Taali has traveled to over a dozen countries, where he gained an ability to effectively communicate with people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. He enjoys playing basketball, reading and scuba diving in his spare time.
