Jeri Hoke – a promising new agent for Prudential

Prudential California Realty in Laguna Beach is pleased to announce the addition of a new associate, Realtor Jeri Hoke. “Jeri has a broad array of skills pertaining to real estate,” says Jim Vermilya, manager of Prudential Laguna Beach. “Her motivation to help other people achieve their goals and high standards of personal integrity make her an excellent fit for the culture in our office.”

A native of Orange County, Hoke began a career as a counselor after graduating with honors from San Bernardino Valley College. Leveraging her degree in Human Services, she also worked in the Riverside school district as a teacher’s assistant for emotionally challenged kids with behavioral problems.

“Helping other people fulfill their needs or conquer any obstacles they are facing in their lives is something that I have always been passionate about,” commented Hoke. “Now that I am in real estate, I am thrilled about the prospect of handing a

buyer their first set of keys, or providing a seller with the maximum possible amount for the sale of their home.”

Hoke is confident that her talent for solving problems and background in counseling will translate well into the real estate business. By allowing her to form lasting relationships, and by allowing her to help her buyers and sellers identify their specific requirements, goals and plans for the future, Hoke’s experience as a counselor is a substantial advantage to every client she assists.

Though she raised her children in Riverside, Hoke recently moved to Orange County with her husband. “I am so excited to be back in coastal Orange County,” says Hoke. “The quality of life and the climate here is incredible.”
