To raise funds for charity, Prudential California Realty recently participated in the San Clemente Street Faire Fiesta, by transforming the San Clemente office into a miniature amusement park for local children. The dedicated agents and staff from the office offered free popcorn for the children, balloons, prizes and games, including golf, Velcro darts, fishing and a ring toss.
Military personnel were provided with gift cards to area coffee houses, and a raffle was held for two $50 gift cards to downtown San Clemente restaurants. All of the proceeds from the raffle were donated to Prudential’s The Charitable Foundation, and many of the parents and children also made contributions.
“It was wonderful to witness the generosity of the children,” said Patti Brotherton, Prudential’s regional vice president of Orange County and manager of the San Clemente office. “This event was so much fun that I am already looking forward to next year.”

Backed by the agents at Prudential, The Charitable Foundation supports local organizations that promote health, education, community, and the environment. Officially known as Prudential’s The Charitable Foundation/Agent Community Outreach organization, the charity has provided over 1000 grants, in excess of $4 million, to make a beneficial and constructive impact on the community.
“Our agents are always finding creative ways to serve their community,” Brotherton added. “I would especially like to thank Debbie Brewington, Cindy Jedinak, Mark Klein, Kathy De Los Monteros and Bettie Johnson for their tireless efforts to coordinate this event.”
