Prudential showcases achievements of Orange County’s stars in real estate
Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce the winners of the company’s Orange County Star award for the month of September 2011. “The Orange County Star award is an important form of recognition,” said Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, “Because it provides us with a meaningful way to honor our agents and employees for their dedication to our clients, as well as the community.”
A different recipient of the Star award is honored each month by the managers of Prudential’s network of offices spanning Orange County. For Newport Beach, Leanne Boman earned the award for her unparalleled commitment to her profession, as indicated by the service that she provides for her clients. In the Corona del Mar location, Deborah Pirdy was chosen for her commitment to always go the extra mile to get the job done.
Julie Hile of Prudential Laguna Beach was commended for creating the office’s Facebook page, so that agents can share information about homes newly listed for sale, buyer wants and exceptional values in the area. In the Monarch Beach office, Denise Kuhns was nominated for her dedication to help the office review the agents’ sale files, to facilitate an easier transaction process for everyone.
For San Clemente, Natalie Fresher was honored for the never-ending assistance she provides for agents, in addition to her infectious positive attitude. “Natalie is one
of our most valuable employees,” commented Brotherton, who also serves as the manager of Prudential San Clemente. “Her laughter really makes the office sing.”
Steve Hurd of the Mission Viejo office earned the award for selling his first listing as a new agent in the firm. For Ladera Ranch, Melody Nickerson was recognized for all of the assistance she provides to her fellow agents, spending extra time in the office, and for being a strong member of the team.
In Prudential’s Irvine office, Beverly Truzzolino was commended for her tenacious work ethic, ability to communicate effectively and focus on the goals of her clients, which has her on pace for her best year ever in real estate. In the Laguna Niguel office, Suzi Arriola was honored for her positive outlook and commitment to deliver successful closings for her clients.
