What’s the perfect way to top off an afternoon of amazing home tours? Vista Del Verde’s Wine Stroll, which combines tours of some of Yorba Linda’s most appealing luxury homes with wine selections from renowned California winemakers, all to benefit a good cause. On Sunday, October 2, visitors to the master planned community will enjoy a variety of distinctive vintages, paired perfectly with tours of Vista Del Verde’s townhomes and single-family homes.
Tours of the model homes in Vista Del Verde’s three neighborhoods – The Preserve, Greenbrier, and Heritage – will begin at 11 a.m., and those who tour each model will receive complimentary admission to the main event, held at the nearby Black Gold Golf Club from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Local winemakers will feature their signature wines, and those attending can enter to win one of several gourmet wine baskets. Proceeds from the Vista Del Verde Wine Stroll benefit three special local charities – Orangewood Children’s Foundation, which focuses on the ongoing needs of children in the foster care system, St. Jude Medical Center, one of Southern California’s most respected hospitals, and the Building Block Foundation Fund, which supports programs that mentor teens and young adults into self-sustaining, productive, and skilled jobs.

A neighborhood of single-family homes by Toll Brothers, The Preserve is attractively priced from the upper $600,000s and sits in a central location, close to the community school and park. Heritage, by Toll Brothers, is a neighborhood of townhomes ranging up to 3,454 square feet and up to five bedrooms and five and one-half baths, priced from the low $700,000s.
The centerpiece of Vista Del Verde is the Black Gold Golf Course, featuring a 20,000 square foot clubhouse and challenging 18-hole course spanning 219 acres. The world-class golf course is only the beginning of a recreation mecca for Vista Del Verde homeowners, with miles of trails and two community parks set in an unparalleled location. And while Vista Del Verde amenities abound, the community does not charge the typical master plan HOA and Mello Roos fees, resulting in thousands of dollars in savings.
