Surterre Properties® holds grand opening event for Monarch Beach office

To commemorate the grand opening of their new office in Monarch Beach, Orange County’s leading, full-service real estate firm – Surterre Properties® – hosted a catered celebratory event on Wednesday, September 14.

In addition to Surterre’s thrilled agents, staff members and Monarch Beach office Manager, Rick Trevers, several Dana Point city officials were in attendance, including Dana Point Mayor, Scott Schoeffel, who conducted the official ribbon cutting ceremony.

Chairman of the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, Russel Kerr, presented certificates of business to Gary Legrand, president and CEO of Surterre Properties, and Paula Ansara-Wilhelm, chief marketing officer of Surterre Properties.

“Surterre is honored to have the support of the Dana Point community in opening our Monarch Beach office,” Legrand expressed. “We look forward to giving back and serving the community.”

With additional offices in Newport Beach – the company’s headquarters – Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, and one soon to open in San Clemente, Surterre continues to promote a unique company-wide focus on perfecting the art of outstanding personalized service. An award-winning in-house design and advertising studio, a network of over 285 outstanding real estate professionals, and a commitment to conducting business in an eco-friendly, community-conscious fashion are only a handful of characteristics that place Surterre in a class above its competitors.
