Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce that Jeff Loge has been appointed the manager of the company’s Laguna Niguel office. A 30-year veteran of the real estate business and a native to Southern California, Loge began his career specializing in the sale of residential properties in Laguna Beach and the newly established Laguna Niguel.

“Jeff brings an impressive combination of knowledge and experience to our management team,” said Patti Brotherton, Prudential’s regional vice president of Orange County. “His familiarity with the development opportunities and support systems that we provide for our agents is a substantial benefit to everyone in the office.”

As the assistant manager and mentor for new agents in Prudential’s Laguna Niguel office since 1999, Loge built a solid reputation based on his professionalism and commitment to facilitate the goals of his peers. “The emotional rewards that come from helping other people are what initially attracted me to the real estate business,” Loge said.

During the time he spent as a specialist in residential sales, Loge consistently ranked in the upper echelons of the national real estate market. Widely respected for his integrity and willingness to collaborate with his colleagues, he credits the success he enjoyed in his sales career to his vast understanding

of the local marketplace.

“The quality of life in Laguna Niguel and the surrounding areas is unmatched in other parts of the country,” he adds. “I am excited about the chance to continue sharing my knowledge to help the agents in my office deliver the best possible result for their clients.”

Loge entered the real estate industry after graduating from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree. He is an avid beach enthusiast, jogger and occasional golfer.
