Star award honors Prudential agents for teamwork, dedication

Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce the winners of the company’s Orange County Star award for the month of November 2011. “The Orange County Star award allows us to bring the hard work and professionalism of our agents into the spotlight,” said Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton. “We are so grateful to our agents for the service that they provide for our clients, as well as the community.”

A different recipient of the Star award is honored every month by the managers of Prudential’s network of offices spanning Orange County. For Monarch Beach, Brian Wilson earned the award for being a positive force in the office, and for always making himself available to help his fellow agents with their computer issues and questions pertaining to real estate. In the San Clemente location, Peggy Tilden was chosen for the service she provides as the transaction coordinator; for decorating the office for every season and for bringing in her wonderful homemade goodies for everyone to enjoy.

Randy Ora of Prudential Laguna Niguel was

commended for his commitment to share his knowledge and leadership for the benefit of everyone in the office, as well as his numerous contributions to the real estate profession. In the Irvine office, Todd Muradian and Diane Merassa were nominated for selflessly providing information and insights about how they have developed their business and provided their clients with outstanding service.

For Corona del Mar, Susan Weir was honored for her can-do attitude, work ethic, positivity and determination, which makes her a great example to all of the agents in her office. Laima Predkelis of the Newport Beach office earned the award for being a paragon of excellence in the real estate profession, and for being a charter agent when Prudential Real Estate Affiliates initially went nationwide.

In Prudential’s Laguna Beach office, Eustorgio Villa was commended for his upbeat personality and great attitude, in addition to being a valuable asset to all who know him and seek his real estate knowledge. For Rancho Santa Margarita, Betty Callaway was recognized for all of the time that she devotes to serve

the Orange County chapter of The Charitable Foundation, while maintaining a busy real estate career and tenaciously working on behalf of her clients.

Melody Nickerson of the Ladera Ranch office was also honored for donating her time to serve the Orange County chapter of The Charitable Foundation, and for her commitment to support everyone in her office. The Mission Viejo office selected Diana Upton, to showcase her remarkable spirit, as evidenced by her positive attitude and resolve to keep working in spite of her recent illness.
