Reid aligns her talents with Prudential

Jim Vermilya, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Beach office, is pleased to announce that Tanya Reid has joined his team of sales professionals. “Tanya has been with our office for a number of years as a marketing assistant for Robyn Seymour,” Vermilya said. “She has a great work ethic and I am confident that she will be very successful in this new phase of her career.”

Originally from Russia, Reid moved to Laguna Beach in 2001 after completing her master’s degree in international business management. She initially worked as an assistant to a patent lawyer, where she excelled as a result of her attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and capacity for reviewing contracts.

Though she credits her experience in the legal field for allowing her to cultivate a skill set that is critical to success in real estate, Reid believes that the time she spent with Seymour and her team was

essential to her development. “Working closely with Robyn was an incredible learning opportunity,” Reid said. “She has a tremendous knowledge of marketing and real estate, particularly in regards to the management and closing of short sale transactions.”
