Huntington Harbour, California, January 14, 2012 – Veteran Huntington Harbour Real Estate Agent Lauren Scott has accepted a position with RE/MAX Fine Homes, an Orange County brokerage specializing in luxury properties, it was announced today by Lee Ann Canaday, owner/broker of the firm. A third location is opening early 2012 -- a boutique office located at Peters Landing -- furthering its “sand-to-sea” market coverage that also includes offices in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach.
Scott has been active in Orange County real estate sales for well over a decade and has consistently been a top producer, achieving top1% at her previous firm. According to associates, her success stems from meticulous planning and a “campaign” approach to each new real estate challenge. A resident as well as a businesswoman in the Huntington Harbour community, Scott typically works with clients to map out detailed action programs and then carefully executes each detail – a technique she carried over from previous experience in the corporate world.
