days, when she worked as a property manager for rental clients. Today, having headed up her own brokerage, worked as a broker of record for a mortgage loan company, and sold vacant lots in addition to commercial properties, Jeffries offers a well-rounded perspective on today’s transaction. What’s more, she’s earned a loyal following of repeat and referral clients, who rely not only on her proven abilities to oversee transactions marked by value, but for the superior level of personalized service that’s synonymous with her name.
“I work diligently to help my clients achieve their goals,” Jeffries remarked. “Most importantly, though, I’m honest. I’m always forthcoming with all parties when it comes to expected sales price. Working with integrity has helped my career – and my clients – flourish throughout various economic cycles.”
As part of Surterre Properties®, she enjoys a variety of amenities and resources not available at any other brokerage. These invaluable advantages – which include an award-winning in-house advertising and marketing team, the latest advances in industry technology as it pertains to real estate, and a unique company culture that fosters teamwork and cultivates the highest standards for service in the industry – allow Jeffries to promise her clients a genuinely rewarding experience when they buy or sell a home.
“The level of quality service that Surterre’s committed to is evident in every single one of its efforts,” Jeffries said. “And the company’s marketing initiatives are top-notch. If the client has a certain image in mind for their property marketing plan, Surterre will bring the vision to fruition like no one else can.”
A resident of Niguel Shores for nearly four decades, Jeffries is an expert when it comes to the area and its surrounding neighborhoods. In her free time, she runs a website, WeThePeopleDP.com, that’s designed to keep Dana Point residents in the know when it comes to important planning and civic initiatives.
“I’m a serial activist, “ she stated. “I sometimes rev up my website to get the word out when I feel the city is working on something of interest that the people might not know about. I do this on my own time and money, and it’s been well-received by residents and by the coastal commission.”
