MSN Real Estate chooses Brandi Vanderbeek

Brandi Vanderbeek, of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Niguel office, was recently hired by MSN Real Estate as their Real Estate Expert, creating a number of two-minute video segments that illustrate a variety of concepts pertaining to real estate.

A broker associate, Vanderbeek was chosen by MSN as a result of her engaging personality, experience in real estate and background as a reporter. In the 20-video series, which are alternatively titled the Two Minute House Hunter and the Two Minute Home Seller, she describes how to purchase short sales and foreclosures, how to identify beneficial upgrades, how to select the best real estate professional, and what should be disclosed to buyers. Her blog showcases many of the MSN videos at blog.brandioc.com.

“It is really wonderful to be a part of such a consumer-oriented broadcast,” Vanderbeek said. “The idea that I am providing Orange County’s buyers and sellers with the guidance they need to successfully reach their goals is very gratifying.”

Vanderbeek has reported from the sidelines at NFL games, hosted numerous home shows on TLC and most recently was featured on HGTV’s “House Hunters.”
