I am current on the loan, but I’m borrowing on credit cards to pay my bills. I tried the loan modification process, which went from July 2010 through March 2011, only to be denied. In the past, federal mortgage relief plans have helped some but not the majority of borrowers. As new rules are being written for the program, you may want to contact your bank again and see if you meet the criteria for refinancing your loan under HARP 2.

BUILDER
Be sure to turn off any lights in the attic and look for light leaks through the insulation. These light leaks are almost always air leak locations. Be careful around recessed lighting. Older recessed lights must not come into direct contact with insulation.
