For the fourth consecutive year, First Team ® Real Estate has named Lily Campbell its top-producing agent. Lily, who works in the Huntington Beach-Brookhurst office, received a Diamond Medallion Award for recording the most listings, most overall units sold and most volume sold by an individual agent in 2011 at its annual Hall of Fame Gala. The coveted Diamond Medallion Award is the highest honor of the First Team Hall of Fame awards. Consistently ranked among Orange County’s highest producers since launching her real estate career with First Team in 1997, Lily sold more than $61 million worth of property and closed 108 transactions for 2011. Outside of real estate, Lily is very active in her community, supporting and sponsoring local school activities, music programs, sporting events and homeless shelters. She also has volunteered at low-income house builds and her church. Throughout the holidays, she has a very strong involvement in various holiday activities. She attributes her longstanding success to the trust her clients have that she will guide them to real estate decisions that are right for them. “I always put my clients’ best interests first,” Lily said. “I am very experienced and knowledgeable in my field, allowing me to help my customers make the right decisions and judgments. This helps them feel very secure with me.”
