Homebuyers seeking a new home at Valinda in San Juan Capistrano should act quickly, as just eight of these estate-style homes will be made available today in the first sales release. Valinda is the city’s only new neighborhood of luxury single-family detached homes, and builder Woodbridge Pacific Group reports high interest following the March grand opening.

“We are releasing these first eight homes at 10 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis,” said Pam Johnson, senior sales counselor. “Our grand opening made it clear that buyers understand how exceptional the opportunity is at Valinda, so we expect a great turn-out today.”

From the high $600,000s, Valinda’s four floor plans offer approximately 2,804 to 3,889 square feet of living space, with four to five bedrooms and three and one-half to four and one-half baths; four-car garages are standard; five-car and six-car garage options are available for selected plans. Home sites are a minimum of 10,000 square feet.
